How do I make a payment on my Eddie Bauer World Mastercard®?

To pay in the Imprint app:

1. Select your Eddie Bauer World Mastercard®
2. Tap ‘Card Balance’
3. Tap ‘Pay’. 
4. Enter the amount you would like to pay and choose to ‘pay now’ or ‘pay later’ If paying later you will need to select the date of your payment. 

Once you confirm your payment it will show in your card Activity. All payments may take up to 3-5 business days to settle into your account.

To set up Auto-pay in the Imprint app:

Open the Imprint app. Link your bank account to your Imprint account, if you have not already done so, then:

1. Tap the person icon at the top-left of the screen
2. Tap on 'Payments'
3. Tap on the first option 'Auto-pay'
4. Select how much you would like to pay from the three options provided and click 'Continue'
5. Select when you would like to pay from the two options provided and click 'Continue'
6. Select your Payment Method
7. Review your Auto-pay set up which will list what you'll pay, the date, and the bank account where money will come from, and tap 'Save' at the bottom of the screen.

To pay online:

1. Visit https://account.imprint.co
2. Enter your phone number 
3. Enter the six-digit number sent via SMS to your mobile phone number
4. Login to your account
5. Click 'Pay'
6. Select the amount you want to pay or enter a custom amount

To set up Auto-pay online:

1. Visit https://account.imprint.co
2. Enter your phone number 
3. Enter the six-digit number sent via SMS to your mobile phone number
4. Login to your account
5. Tap the bar that reads ‘Set Up Auto-pay”’
6. Enter your desired Auto-pay amount
7. Select either the Due Date, or a Custom Date
8. Confirm the information

Once you have confirmed, you will see a green checkmark to indicate that Auto-pay has been successfully enabled. Tap “Done”.

You can pay with your bank’s Billpay
Be aware: We will record your payment as made on the date that we receive it—via check or electronically—but it may take up to 3 additional business days to reflect on your account. If your bank does not support electronic Billpay processing or you don’t find and select the payee listed below, they may print and mail us a check instead. If so, it may take up to ~10 days to be delivered. 

Please ensure that your payment is delivered by your Payment Due Date, and that you pay at least the minimum payment due, to avoid potential late fees. 

Making electronic payments directly through Imprint is still the quickest and most reliable way to make payments. You can choose the amount you want to pay and when, as well as set up Autopay. 

Billpay instructions: 

1. Log into your bank or credit union’s Billpay feature
2. Find where to Add a New Payee
   
3. Ensure you are adding a company, rather than an individual payee. Search for the payee Imprint and Eddie Bauer, and select it from the list.
   
4. When asked for your account number, enter your 8 character account number, which you can find in the upper right corner of Page 1 of your statement, or in your Imprint online account under the Payments menu. Please do not enter your 16-digit credit card number, even if your bank Billpay suggests it--doing so could delay or prevent payment processing.
   
5. If prompted for a payee address, please use:

6. Make sure to use the new payee you just added for all future payments, including any recurring or scheduled payments you may have already set up
